Analyzing Consultation Responses

The Analyze tab gives you access to the full SmartSurvey results view for your consultation's linked survey. From here you can review responses, apply filters, and export data.

Opening the Analyze View

1. Open a consultation from the Consultations index.
2. Click the Analyze tab in the consultation header.

You are taken to the results view for this consultation's linked survey.

What You Can Do

The Analyze view provides all the standard SmartSurvey results tools, including:

• Summary charts and response counts for each question
• Individual response browsing
• Filtering and cross-tabulation
• Data exports (Excel, CSV, PDF, and more)

Note: The number of responses shown in the Responses column on the Consultations index reflects the total responses collected by the linked survey.
