The audit log is a full record of all changes made to consultations, landing pages, and hub settings in your account. It shows who made each change, when it was made, and what was changed: including the previous and updated values.
Note: The audit log is only accessible to account owners and users with consultation admin permissions.
Opening the Audit Log
There are two ways to open the audit log:
From the Consultations index:
- Go to Consultations in the main navigation.
- Click the ellipsis menu (⋯) in the top right of the consultations table (visible to admins).
- Select Audit Log.
From a specific consultation:
- Find the consultation in the table.
- Click the ellipsis menu (⋯) in the consultation's row.
- Select View Audit Log.
When opened from a specific consultation, the log is automatically pre-filtered to show only entries for that consultation.

Reading the Audit Log
The log displays the following columns:
- Date: the date and time the change was made.
- Title: the name of the consultation, landing page, or site configuration that was changed.
- Member: the name of the user who made the change.
- Event: a description of the action taken (for example, "Consultation updated" or "Consultation published").
Click the expand arrow on any row to see the field-level detail: the field that changed, its previous value, and its new value. Rows without sub-detail do not show an expand arrow.
Filtering the Log
By type:
Use the Type dropdown in the top left of the log to switch between:
- Consultation: shows changes to individual consultations.
- Landing Page: shows changes to landing pages.
- Site config: shows changes to hub settings.
By title:
Click the filter icon in the Title column header to filter by a specific consultation or landing page. Start typing to search, then select from the dropdown.
By member:
Click the filter icon in the Member column header to filter by a specific user.
To clear all filters, click Clear All Filters.
Searching and Sorting
Use the search box to search across the date, title, member, and event columns. Click any sortable column header to sort the log by that column.
Pagination
The log is paginated. Use the page controls at the bottom of the table to navigate between pages, and the rows-per-page selector to change how many entries are shown at a time.
