The Consultation Survey

Each consultation has a linked survey where respondents submit their feedback. The Survey tab takes you directly into the SmartSurvey question editor for that survey, so you can build and manage it in exactly the same way as any other SmartSurvey survey.

Opening the Survey

1. Open a consultation from the Consultations index.
2. Click the Survey tab in the consultation header.

You are taken directly to the survey design view for this consultation's linked survey.

Building Your Survey

Once in the survey editor, you can add and arrange questions using the standard SmartSurvey question builder. All standard question types are available.

Returning to the Consultation

To navigate back to your consultation from the survey editor, use the back arrow or breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page.

Note: The survey linked to a consultation is created automatically when the consultation is first saved.
